How to Place an Order

You may place an order from any page on which you find an "Add to Basket" button.  The ordering process is simple.  It consists of the following steps:

• Add item to your shopping cart

• View Cart

• Checkout

Add item to your shopping cart

• Select your operating system.

• Enter a number in the quantity box.

• Click on the "Add to Basket" button.

View Cart.  

After adding an item to your shopping cart, you will immediately to taken to the "View Cart" page.  There you may see what items are in your shopping cart, how much each item costs, and what your total comes to.   At that point, you may check out. 

Checkout.

At checkout, you will be asked to provide your name, your shipping address, your billing address (if different), your choice of shipping method, and your choice of payment method.  As to payment methods, we accept credit cards, checks, and purchase orders.  You may order either on-line or off-line.  Complete instructions will be provided as needed in the checkout section when you checkout. 

We also accept orders by telephone at (408) 866-8016 between the hours of 9am and 5pm California time, Monday through Friday.  Please feel free to call.  

We accept FAX orders too.  To order by FAX, follow the instructions outlined above on "How to Place an Order".  When you reach checkout, you will receive instructions on how to print your order information.  Print your order information and FAX the printed sheet to us at (408) 243-1762.  If paying by credit card, please include your credit card number in your FAX. If you are paying by check, you must mail your check to us.  We will ship your order as soon as we process your check.  If you are ordering using a purchase order, we will ship your order to you as soon as we receive your P.O.
